Usage guidelines for remote consultations:
Reclica allows you to do remote consultation (using the audio/video-conferencing or text consultation) with doctors. Before you begin remote consultation, please ensure following-
- That you are using Google Chrome as your browser
- The pop-ups are enabled for your browser
- That you have an internet connection equal or greater than 1000 Kbps
- That the web-cam, mic and speakers of your device are functional for seamless audio/video consultation
When not to use remote consultations
Always call your local hospital or emergency service immediately if you think you have an emergency. For example, if you experience any of the following medical issues, go immediately to an emergency room:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Convulsions or seizures
- Difficulty breathing
- Mental health / behavioral health / addiction issues
- Burns
- Poisoning
- Serious head, neck, or back injury
- Serious limb impairment or broken bone(s)
- Significant, uncontrolled bleeding
- Suicide thoughts
- Unconsciousness
- Pain medication (narcotics)
- Any other emergency, critical or life-threatening situation
