Refunds of subscription:
If you are not 100% satisfied with Reclica, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund of your subscription. You can contact us via refund@reclica.com or call us on +91-8408878877.
Refund of your subscription will be subject to one time processing charge which will be equal to one month of your subscription amount calculated from your annual subscription plan.
Refund requested beyond 7 days will not be valid unless the transaction is proven to be fraudulent in nature.
Transactions related to SMS credit are not refundable.
Refunds related to consultations:
You can pay for your text & video consultations on Reclica using either gift vouchers/cards issued by doctors or by using a secured payment gateway integrated in Reclica
Payment gateway allows you to make payments using internet banking or debit/credit card. You shall be directed to our trusted payment gateway partners should you chose to pay using internet banking or debit/credit card
Reclica shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, if incorrect or inaccurate credit / debit card details are provided by you for making the payment of consultation fees or you use a credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you or if you permit a third party to use your password or other means to access your account
Reclica allows you to claim Refund of your payments in following situations-
When specialist doctor with whom you have booked a video consultation cancels your appointment
When you cancel your video consultation appointment with a specialist doctor within 24 hours of booking the same
When specialist doctor does not respond to your text consultation request within pre-specified time period
Refund request against rescheduling of appointment by you or the doctor, delays in responses, nature of advice obtained, efficacy of treatment, health outcomes of consultation will not be entertained
Refunds in case of payments made using valid gift vouchers/gift cards will be credited back to your gift voucher/gift card
Refunds may be processed within 21 working days from the date of receipt of request. All communications with regards to refund should be sent to refund@reclica.com from your registered email with Reclica
